Then save the .html file somewhere you can easily retrieve it from. Then set it as your Windows background. Then site back in amazement as you are now part of Monkeynet! None of it is functional yet. The links at the top work and you can scroll the news, but there aren't any members. That's where YOU come in. You can add your site to Monkenet for nothing - I don't even want your e-mail address. Just wait till it's up and running, then you'll see.
Don't worry if he site doesn't work in your Netscape browser - it will when it's set as our Windows background. To make it so that there aren't any icons, right-click on your desktop and choose 'View as web page'.

I've put a more updated and better version up now.

The idea is that eventually you get rid of all your icons and taskbars and the Monkeynet acts as a 'leechOS' that uses Windows, but is an operating system itself. The beauty is that it is a 16kb file that takes less than a second to download, but is some pretty powerful stuff. Try it, it's pretty funky. I use it now over the real thing. It's open-source as well, so you can customise it as much as you want.
Sounds good... I've set some web-pages to my back ground before... just one picture acces links.. mostly for wrestling sites... they're easier to click that that blue E thing...
