Ive finally got a new graphics card so that i can play morrowind on but i'm still hvaing problems. the frame rate is extremely jumpy when i'm not inside a building. Ive got a NVIDIA GEFORCE 4 mx440 and a pentium 3 processor. I have just downloaded the latest driver and im still not smoothing out the graphics. Does anyone else have the same problem or does anyone know how to solve it?
You do realise that to do that you'd need a new motherboard too? And RAM.

How much would it cost to get an intel pentium 4 processer?
Your CPU is too slow and your graphics card is crap.
It's a very demanding game, especially outside, but I don't think it should be 'extremely' jumpy.
Just try changing the amount of distance you can see first.

Maybe you could upgrade to a Pentium 4 or Athlon XP?
