um.. it isnt as easy as Medi. Get the hookshot and hookshot the statue in front with iron boots on. :D
Get the Hookshot, put the iron boots on and fire it at the face/target thing in front of the cage.
*Sigh* You need to go an get the grapple hook.

Tel your friend to watch out for the boss at the end of the Wind Temple, my first time I used up 2 faires becuase it was very annoying.
