Anyway. A bit of Mario Kart news.
Taken from C-E.
"Nintendo announced it is going to park a whopping big bus outside the entrance to the ECTS trade show, Brompton Road, London, as part of the London Games Week in August. This truck will facilitate 40 Cubes rigged up with the full version of Mario Kart: Double Dash.
The ECTS trade show runs from August 27 through to August 29. Nintendo's truck will be there for the same period of time.
Nintendo decided not to showcase any of its titles at the ECTS, because Sony is the main sponsor of the event. Now let's hope the Nintendo bus will be able to steal the show!"
Heh. Cool.
It better do.
When I first saw the the title I thought Mr. GZ had turned against Nintendo and it was going to be a pees take of the GameCube as a 'supposed' childish console.
;)
That was oddly great, yet at the same time sucked balls.
> Will the bus be painted yellow?
No.
It will be painted with a Pikachu design.
Nintendo always like to be the "cool" company.
I might go down. Although obviously I would spend most of my time standing in line. Maybe it isn't worth it. I'll just get MK:DD when it comes out, but only if they increase the speed so it doesn't resemble a trolley racing sim.
I know which one the masses shall flock to.
The last few years I don't think Nintendo have even bothered showing up at ECTS.
