I'm stuck at the top of the stairs trying to exit the jail cells under the colliseum in the world of Solum. Neither Jen nor Scree will exit through the top of the stairs - both say they are waiting for the other. This happens even when both characters are right next to each other.
I've tried resetting the machine and looking for alternative exits - but all the "walkthroughs" I've looked at suggest the stairs are the exit so clearly I'm missing something.
If you know how to get me out of the jail please help as I'm on the verge of throwing the machine out the window.
