you might not have heard of me before, even though im a regular, thats because after the demise of the dreamcast i never bothered anymore. but with the rise of a good sega game soul calibur 2, i decided to post and tell how ive played it.
I live in northern ireland but this summer ive been on holiday in the usa and every couple of days i walk down to the local video store and play the ps2 and other consoles that they have thr. one day i was dowm andi looked in the little sub area of the store to find none other than the familiar face of nightmare from soul calibur staring me in the face!! i knew that sc2 isnt out until august in the u.s but for some reason this place must have gotten its hands on a preview copy or somrthin, although it plays like a finished version. it looks almost eactly the same as the dc version only with a little tweaking, and it plays the very same way, which is good news as the gameplay in the dc version was nothing short of sweet. i got to play as one of the new caracters although i forget what his name was (there is only a few caracters to choose from in this version)As soon as i started playing it, i remembered all nightmares special moves from the first game and kicked everyones buts, i got to the last fight against the kinky scissor handed man voldo and beat him to bring up the preview screen, it was a very nice experience to say the least. :D
