If Animal Crossing is CRAP.

Due to all of you praising Animal Crossing I've decided to order myself a copy. I've read reviews, looked at the videos and stuff and I sure hope it is as great as it looks and sounds.

It isn't coming to the UK at all - interview with Shigsy in a recent NOM confirmed that we're getting a Pokemon style game instead, there will never be PAL Animal Crossing. No great loss.

I've had it for nearly a year (i purchased it 16th September 2002) and i can honestly say that it was well worth it. I don't really play it now but i would never get rid of it. A 1 year life-span for a game is superb!! I really did enjoy it, but soon the animals start saying the same thing and when you've done most things it does loose that freshness. I will however buy the second one the minute it comes out next year in the USA!!! I've also heard from 'GAME' that it is finally coming to Europe by the end of the year!!!

That's OK. I don't play that much and I lose interest in most games after a few weeks. The only games I usually come back to after a few months tend to be massively multiplayer.

It's excellent at first, but about as much fun as pulling teeth after about a week.

I think that it could get boring after a while, not to mention tedious.
