So I suppose he's downloaded them from somewhere. :-)
On the other hand, you could go to the site i have been to. No registration required, and they have well over 1000 GBA ROMs for d/l - plus best of all the list is updated each week. Which means you can get Pokemon Pinball, which was out in Japan only a week ago, and a couple of other very new games straight away. Much better than Kazza or IRC.
