I would say Gran Turismo 3!!

With Mario Kart Super Circuit running a close second!!

It will have to be Mario Kart: Super Circuit for the GBA. For being the best driving game aroud, bar none.

GT3 would have to be close in second.

Other than those two classics, I can't think of any others that have really stayed on my mind, that's all.
