But I also read today that on the 25th of August (that's next Monday), Nintendo will be updating their Stars catalogue.

Finally! I check that damn thing all the time.

So they are updating with new stuff like T-Shirts and Games, yes games, for you to spend your stars on.

I wouldn't actually mind a T-Shirt if some look cool but they'll probably all be a load of crap, no? The games also, I think they will either be stinkers or some off the Players Choice range. I mostly have every game I want so I don't think I'll be investing my stars into there.

Currently I have 4,715 stars and I would have alot more if they let me register another GameCube (grrrr).

Has no-one tried my "friends" idea of buying a game from GAME, using the stars code and returning it under their 10 day money back guarantee ?

I've got about 3,300 stars, but got 2 more games I haven't registered yet I think, so I'll have about 3,800 when I do those... doubt I'll be able to get anything good with that...

At the moment, the Stars Catalogue is the place where you can spend your Stars on game-themed goodies such as screensavers, wallpapers and posters.

Soon, we'll be giving the Stars Catalogue a complete overhaul and introducing items such as games, T-shirts, Nintendo gifts and much more.

I can't think what the 'Nintendo gifts and much more' might be, b I think they might do the GBA Player.

I only have 3,150 stars, I don't seems to have got many Nintendo games recently, the last few I got are SMB, Animal Forest and Rocky so they didn't have stars in, only 5 of my 13 games are Nintendo published (not inc. AC).
I spent some stars on a screensaver that cost about 500 stars ages ago before they brought propper gifts in.

How many stars do you think games will be? I can't remember how much the GBA was.
