"New Live Game needed"

I've grown tired of the Live games I've got.

So far it's only MechAssault, Unreal, Ghost Recon and Capcom vs SNK.

I'd probably prefer a sports game, but anyone who knows of a good live game which doesn't resort to deathmatch being it's main game type, let me know.

If you're after some Live titles that don't consist of deathmatches, wait for the likes of Top Spin (tennis), Outlaw Volleyball, Amped 2, NFL Fever 2004 and Project Gothem Racing 2.

Midtown Madness 3 is ok, but its single player mode is bloody frustrating - same goes for Midnight Club 2. So you might as well wait for PGR 2 for a really good racing game.

The XSN sports range will definatly be worth looking into as it goes deeper than the simple choice of a one off game. Most of those games will be available over the next couple of months. I think NFL Fever 2004 is coming late September, Outlaw Volleyball and Top Spin around October time and I think PGR 2 and Amped 2 are due around November.

I'll be getting Knights of the Old Republic, no doubt about it :D

To be honest, unless you're absolutely fixed on a Live game, I'd save money and get some of the excellent games out this coming month - Ghost Recon Island Thunder, Otogi, Soul Calibur 2, KOTOR, Conflict Desert Storm 2, to name but a few.

See, I was thinking about Midtown Madness 3, but I'd like to know how it compares to Mignight Club 2, anyone got any solid comparisons between the 2 and which one is better??

For sports games, wait awhile until MS gets the XSN Sports series out later this year.
