I wonder what the next controller innovation will be?
Perhaps high quality screens in each controller. Like the VM in the Dreamcast but of GBA/N-Gage quality to act as radars/cameras/maps etc.

Adjustable controllers?
For instance: sockets on either side of the hand-grips to slot steering wheels pieces into so it becomes like an F1 steeling wheel - used for driving games [obviously].
