Right, i have a cd full of jpeg pictures from my holiday and wanted to transfer them to video, so they can be watched by family etc. Now my dvd is capable of playing Jpeg Cd's but my releatives dvd players arent, and some don't have them. So i tried to put the Cd into my DVD player and record it onto a tape, but it comes out in black and white and seems to "pulse" at the edges, making it largely unviewable. I was just wondering what the problem is and if there is any way to get it to work. Currently my DVD is connected to my TV which is connected to my video recorder, but obviously this setup does not work. I have tried using various Tv's and recorders, scart leads and those other leads but still am unable to get it to work. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Well right now I have my DVD player connected to my VCR via a scart lead, and my T.V connected to my video using just the ariel sockets. So the DVD player goes through my VCR and I can record DVD's onto video, and it's crystal clear. But remember to turn your video channel to 'AV'.

I don't know if that'll help any but it's all I can think of.
