I have found that the service @ SR is getting worse by the day.
They have even started charging for 1st class delivery.
I ordered the official remote which took over a week to get to me.
The membership prices have also increased.

Anyone else having problems?

I would have to agree that whilst they have now started to charge extra for postage, their service is second to none and every game I have preordered has arrived on the date of release without exception.

I have to say there is nothing wrong with SR's service, its always top quality and usually arives within 5 working days. Which is good compared to a lot of other companies.

Remeber that SR also give away free things everyday!! They need a jolly good pat on the back!

I had to wait 10 days for a cooling fan I ordered... no big deal, but I put it down to the postal service - which, unlike SR, is DEFINITELY getting worse! :-)

Not whining.
Just that I have had much better service in the past from them.
And stocks where available. I checked before ordering.

Nope - no problems here.

I thought SR had always charged extra for 1st class post?

I also got my Res Evil CVX before release, so can't complain about that.

And as most mail-order services say 'please allow 28 days for delivery', I think a week is pretty good. Has it occurred to you that:

(a) They might have been out of stock.
(b) The delay may be down to the Post Office and not SR.

So... stop whining!
