It's not subterfuge. I just fancied a change of name.
BT reckon it could be their exchange routing which is causing the problem, I'm waiting for them to call me back to let me know if it has been sorted. It appears to have affected a lot of North/North West London.
The 0870 number for customer support was also unobtainable all weekend.
