he said that in the next mario game , Mario and luigi where going to have "attitude" i havnt seen any evidence of this in the mario sunshine video. I think Mario would look cool if he sometimes got a bit angry, instead of his usual permenantly happyness. "woooohooo Ive fallen down into a pit of lava"

I think what Miyamoto meant was that Mario wouldn't be as small and cutesy as he used to be.

In Mario 64, he was the size of the old Mario's before the Magic Mushroom.

From now on I think he's going to be "after mushroom" sized.

Personally, I think they should bring back the mushrooms and size growing. Along with the lethal shells, it's a game trademark!

I don't think he would look angry somehow...;-)

For any of you out there who are anticipating the Gamecube's lauch as much as I am, visit www.ign.com and watch as many in-game video footage of Luigi's Mansion as you possibly can.

Just click on the Gamecube link on the left hand side of the page and you're there.

I dont mean that he should be pemenantly angry, I just mean He should perhaps get angry when Peach gets kidnapped for the 57th time , it would make him seem more heroic , sort of like a man on a mission.

you can get the video from igncube.com and gamesradar.com.

I think it looks really good fun. and i didnt like the n64 one. When he bounces off the walls and runs across the rooftos it looks like crouching tiger hidden dragon.
The Music is scuh an improvement over the other aswell.

"woo, I've fallen in-a pit of-a lava"

LOL.

Yes, I seem to recall the same thing - I too, have seen nothing different, except that Luigi is now more of a wimp than anything - take a look at the Luigi's Mansion footage!

He also said, didn't he, that they would look a bit different - sort of more 'adult' like. Well, Luigi certainly doesn't, and Mario looks the same as he always has done, ever since his first appearance.

I really couldn't care less. I like Mario as he is, I don't want him to change to be honest. Mario games have always been enjoyable - what difference would it make if he looked a bit different?
