Actually, since I said that, I've played it again and found it to be "slightly better than okay"
I thing it was the dual lightsabres thing. I tried it wit just 1 lightsabre, and its wonderful, I haven't tried the double blade one yet.

I just don't think they should include so many dark Jedi people.

Maybe the demo isnt from the final version.

Well I thought it was fantastic fun.
I could sneer and be all "yeah well, y'know...pft" but I enjoyed it immensely.
Improved force powers, fancy lightsabers and new fighty moves.
Chewbacca and The Millenium Falcon.

I shall be purchasing this when it's released.

Hmm, I wasn't that impressed to be honest.
The control seemed a bit off, especially when using the lightsabres.
And there still the annoying glitch, like when you're using two lightsabres, and you throw one, you can't kill people with the remanding sabre until t'other one is safely back in your hand.
And the weapons seemed to lack any power at all.

Yep, new lightsabres are ace, and I love the duel sided one. Still won't be buying the game though, at least not until it's out on budget. It's an entertaining demo but too similar to Jedi Knight 2 to warrant me paying full price for it.

One thing I do like in academy is the ability to select a single sabre, two sabres or a dual stylee ala Darth Maul.
The dualing mechanics change for each one.

Oh, the Force powers seem to be easier to use too (and more integral to the gameplay.)

One can never have too much lightsabre death in his life.
Thought Jedi Knight 2 was very cool - once you got the lightsaber. Until then was yet another FPS but with stormtroopers.
Soon as I got my khaki-hands on that laser-truncheon?
