Ok the first disc i put into my PS2 was the demo bundled with the console, I couldn't keep off one of the demo's and like everyone here (I'm sure), I was excellent.
Unfortunatly I'm one of these people if a special edition or director's cut is out I do my best to get it.
SSX DVD was announced so i passed on the CD version with poor loading times and decided to wait. Months past and I'd rented SSX out twice and whooped everyone in EB countless times but didn't want a version that would be useless when the new one arrives (like CV)
NOW after all this time EA have made a sequel out of the modified game and I'm sure it'll please fans of the original but aaaaaarrrrrrrggggggggghhh
oh well me get both, hehe

I got the best of both worlds. I borrowed my mate's PS2 for 2 weeks and thoroughly completed SSX, not completely obviously. Now that I have my own PS2 I can buy SSX Tricky without feeling like I am wasting my money on a mere update. Has anyone seen the line up for games due to be released nov/dec this year. It looks like I could be out of cash for a while as long as most of the release dates aren't put back as usual.
