Mine's something like the 27th June, though I can't remember the exact date. I expect you'll get a prompt on Live or as an e-mail a few days before it's due to expire.
My subscription ends 18th August 2004 - I'm happy.
Has anyone else noticed that it says the subscription ends one month after you signed up for the Test Drive thing.
