Went to tha shop yesterday with it in mind to purchase a magazine. As OXM was SIX QUID and all the demos looked pants, I went for xbox Gamer at a more down to earth 3 squid. It turned out to be seriously gash, with the 'review' of KOTOR turning out to be a couple of paragraphs and loads of pictures with stupid phrases written beneath them.

So, I shan't be buying that again. The truth is, since the internet has made finding reviews so easy, I've stopped buying mags and kinda lost touch.

I'm not bothered if it's an xbox only mag, a multiformat one is just fine, and I'm not at all bothered about complementary discs, as the demos are usually crap and the mag costs twice as much.

I've ordered one issue of Edge magazine, which I remember used to be quite good. But I'm interested to know - which is the best all round mag?

Cheers for any input.

I would say GamesTM. Not Creams, whatever that is.

NGC is the best games magazine - sadly it has diddly squat to do with Xbox, so I'd go for GamesTM or GamesMaster.
