Is absolutly fantastic... I got it through the post yesterday (SR officially rule) and didn't really start playing it till today and haven't stopped.

I've completed it on easy so it is VERY short but I haven't had this much addictive fun since the Dreamcast. It is pure arcade magic, you go from nearly identical room to nearly identical room... shooting various baddies of varying difficulty... try to notch up points and combinations and use said points to buy the various suits, power ups and continues...

Yes it is very samey and yes it is very short but it is just simple fun... It is like playing one of those addictive space games where each level is essentially the same with different bosses and enemies and you gotta rack up points... is it Gladius or somet?

Anyway ignore the critics, I'm delighted by the game and now... using the suits i bought on Easy mode... running through the normal setting...

I've never felt such a compulsion to play the game on a harder setting.

Well done Capcom.

I bought JFG on eBay recently and was fairly disappointed, the camera angles are hell, which kind of spoils a great game.

D'oh.

In some weird twisted way it is reminiscent of Jet Force Gemini... but it doesn't have the depth or varied gameplay of JFG.
