"Cheap Dreamcast Anywhere?"

After realising that I don't want a GameCube, and won't have the money for an X-Box, I would really like a Dreamcast to add to my PS2 and GBA. This is because it has some class games, and some more to come out (Virtua Tennis 2!!)

So far the cheapest I've found is on SR, but I don't have £99.99. Is SR selling the consoles on their own at all??

Anyone know places for a cheap DC??

Ah, but not all games from DC are porting to PS2, like the Virtua Tennis series.

Maybe I'll get one. Probably, actually. Not sure when yet though...

It was either a PS2 or Dreamcast for me, The fact that DC games production will stop end of this year was a major factor for me buying the PS2 instead.

I was gonna get a Dreamcast for Shenmue but lack of funds stopped me. wouldn't mind playing that Jet Set Radio game as well.

Is there really a point to getting a DC seeing as a largae amount of thier games are being ported to the PS2 anyway?

But still i agree it has some classics. Shenmue i think is more than enough. Shenmue 2 out soon...

They want to get rid of all their stock so they sell them cheap. Granted. But what happens when all the DC games have been sold?

So what you going to do then? Write to sega pleading that they start making games again? Or better still make you own!

they started selling 2nd hand consoles in GAME (sorry SR)
but they're mostly N64's from where i come from.

I have had a DC for 10 months now and I got it for £70 second hand. Look in the papers if you want cheap stuff.

Iv'e got a hardly ever used Dreamcast, probably collecting dust somewere.

I'm really intersted in RPG's so I may get that Skies of Arcadia but I also want the Resident Evil game too.
