You can get XP on a Mac via Boot Camp or Parallels.
I use Boot Camp on my MacBook and it works a treat. Although I seem to have to download some update or other every single time I boot into XP.

I don't know how possible it really is without hours of time investment though since VMWare doesn't include an option for OSX.
Anyhow, if your site works in Firefox and Opera, chances are pretty good that Safari will play ball as well ... it's that Internet Explorer you have to watch out for :)
