I thought it was R & C : Locked & Loaded.
Luckily they changed it from their first choice of:
"Ratchet and Clank: Green Goatee Goes Postal".
Which of course was the reason that the strike at Royal Mail was avoided at the last minute.

It is a bit, but it was a light-hearted comedy game so I think it'll be intentional.
