Now i imagine there are quite a few of these but i have thought it would be fun to produce a guidebook.
The Book Will contain All the rules that are NOT written down when you enter the forums.
Only one rule per person so make it a good one.
No rules that only benifit yourself. Such as "Give all you prizes to ........."
And please STICK TO THE SUBJECT!

Here are 2 gr8 tips if you are wanting to build a professional looking website.
Tip 1!
Load up frontpage from Microsoft office and create a new page (file/ new page/ default page). Make your main page and then create more, adding links to extra pages as you go along. It's so easy to use and versatile that you'll find it hard to loose your way. If you want a sidebar for one of your pages, just create it in a frame by going to 'file/ new/ frames(it's a tab at the top)' and choose a framed page. It makes your site look really cool and is also extremely useful.

Upload your page(s) by going to file/ upload web. A couple of good (and free) upload sites are:
