Anyone tell me why my hit counter won't work. I used Frontpage for setting up my site www.ntepek-s.freeola.org. Bit new to all this.

Looks like you are trying to use Frontpage Extensions - These aren't available on Freeola.
It also looks like you are pointing to your C: drive - so even if Frontpage Extensions were available it would fail...
Try searching for a free CGI or PHP counter script - there are loads out there.
