In my opinion, you could rent both and see which one you prefer. But if you really want to get the game as soon as possible, get Splinter Cell, as P.N.03 got some really bad reviews. Hope that helps.
Hmmmm. I expect Splinter Cell is more varied. But PNO3 has more shooting.
If it were me i'd get Splinter Cell out of those 2.
Project No.3 really is a quick 'blast em up' but it is enjoyable for the 3 hours that it will last.

Yes, get Soul Caliber 2, probably the best out of the 3 you mentioned.
