Ive decided to buy a new game and ive thought bout getting either P.n.03 or Splinter Cell so could u guys help me plz and decide for me which ones best.

Yes, get Soul Caliber 2, probably the best out of the 3 you mentioned.

Project No.3 really is a quick 'blast em up' but it is enjoyable for the 3 hours that it will last.
Go for Splinter Cell but personally I find it very over rated.

If it were me i'd get Splinter Cell out of those 2.
Hmmmm. I expect Splinter Cell is more varied. But PNO3 has more shooting.
In my opinion, you could rent both and see which one you prefer. But if you really want to get the game as soon as possible, get Splinter Cell, as P.N.03 got some really bad reviews. Hope that helps.
