I quite liked the look of the Alien-a-like story absolutely ages ago when it was first due, but now I'm not so sure, and still sceptical whether it will be released tomorrow.
A total of 12 games due out Friday according to the release date page, the summer drought must be over.
"Run Like Hell is finally finished and in stores after a very lengthy development cycle. Touting a large list of well-known and veteran Hollywood actors, Digital Mayhem threw everything but the kitchen sink at this sci-fi action-horror game. Unfortunately, the final game still doesn't seem finished or entirely polished." - IGN
From the final view, they seem to say that the plot is fine, and the voices decent, but having been delayed for so long, the graphics are a little old, and the gameplay must have been so difficult to get right that its ended up far too simplified. The biggest fall was the lasting appeal though, because despite it lasting 15-20 hours they say it has nothing to draw you back in again after completing it.
If you like the look of the game, and can enjoy the plot and the idea, then that's fine, you'll enjoy the game, but be warned, its probably not one to buy if you are just after a good action adventure game.
