A sensitive and measured mark of respect from those involved.
But, wandering through Boardmans at the weekend, I decided to check something out, for my own amusement.
Tom Clancy "Executive Orders" book.
Plot?
Jack Ryan is the Vice-President when most of Congress and The Senate are killed by terrorists flying a plane into Capitol Hill.
Now, to me that's a little more nearer the mark then MGS2 or the later Schwarzenegger movie.
So why has nobody pulled this book?
Is it because a majority of people don't really read that much?
Or those that do read these books are considered more balanced and intelligent than someone who goes to watch a movie?
I'm not saying either are true, just wondered why nothing has been said about a book that deals with terrorists flying a plane into a building and killing a lot of people?
> Thing is, I've always found books WAY more influentual, and emotional than movies.

:)
Strange.
