Another way is to look around car boot sales, one of those hidden-away specialist shops or charity shiops. Only problem in those places is the fact that the disks may be damaged. On the flip side charity shops are usually staffed by old people, who'll let you get it for practically nothing (C. 50p).
Or advertise in local press saying you'd like to purchase a copy for -say- £10. Unless you live in the middle of nowhere.

I have the american version on snes but my snes adaptor is playing up when i stood on it so the game keeps crashing when i get jake far in the game.
and it doesnt let me save the damn game.
