Why is it so far behind then sky? It is really annoying all my friends have sky apart from me and they keep on talking about new episodes that I have never heard of and on terrestial TV they just show repeats all the time. WHY?WHY?!!!!!!

Because BBC bought the rights too show the Simpsons about 4 years after it was first released. Oh and Dogtanian rules.
The reason for the showing all the repeats is because ummmmmm its terrestrial TV, theres no real reason for them showing every episode of friends about 100 times but they still do, just lack of decent stuff to put on.

Do it really matter? I have yet to find an unfunny episode.
