More of an expansion pack really. But you do get to wield dual and double lightsabers which is a nice change.
It does play like an expansion, but quite a few people like it for what it is and those new lightsabres are great to weild.

Ya, I'm pretty miffed you can't slice open the Tauntauns and sleep in them though.
I tried for about 5 mins though, they kept running away.
Most enjoyable. Well worth the shinny pennys you pay for it.
is it more a RPG or is it still the same
The only RPG aspect is choosing what force powers you want to add experience to, up to a max of 3 per power.
