I`m disabled and have got a pc joypad adapted for me and would like to buy a xbox will the usb joypad work or is there any adapters.

You can get a cable to connect USB devices to the xbox controller ports, but you'd probably need some kind of adapter to change the signals around to match the xbox controller signals.

But it might work - you can get the cable from:

It probably wont work without some kind of signal converter though.

Well, there are sites around telling you how to convert an XBox pad to a PC USB one, don't know aout the other way around, though.
