I would suggest the same really,
Just run about and then gun the blue resin bubbles.
Try be a bit tactical with where your moving and if you take damage then try get away for a few seconds to regain your health!
It should not cause you too much trouble just dont run straight near him or anything

Not that I am aware of. You shouldn't really need a cheat code to beat him, simply ran away from him, around the room, shooting the resin when he gets near it.
