Thanks for your suggestion I am now using Firefox and i can now upload photos to Archive in Instant pro. Don't have a clue why IE won't do it.

Thanks again

When you visit the image upload page that requests you to install the Java runtime can you please check and see if IE displays a yellow prompt at the top of your browser window asking whether you want a plugin to run. You will need to allow this to allow the Java Runtime to run within IE.
Otherwise I need to know the Java version you have installed (go to www.java.com/en/download/installed.jsp) and the version of IE you are using.

No, you either have an InstantPro site or you don't.

For the Freeola techie's it might be worth pasting the exact error message you receive.

Rather than trying to troubleshoot your IE/Java problems it might be easier to try another (free) browser - FireFox would be my choice.

Thanks for your reply. I am using Internet explorer. Have checked Java control panel and all seems ok all latest updates from Java. Could it be that I have not fully subscribed to the full Instant pro package that this is the problem.

Hi Barry251 and welcome to the forums!

Some more info would be useful! ;¬)
I'm guessing you are using Freeola InstantPro?

What browser are you using?

If you are using Windows XP then there is a Java option in Control Panel. You can use the 'update' tab to check that everything is up straight...
