Yeah, you have to do well in the TOCA championship (2nd or 1st) and at the end of the season, a guy challenges you to a head to head with Minis.
when you play on the vancover track the minis are great especially when against high powered vehicles in the rain beacuse the high powered vehicles lose grip and you can walk home with a win
