Rez & Ico - ah, great games - like glinting gems atop an exquisite crown, but the crown is on the ugly head of a stinky queen... Nice sparklers, shame about the b!tch - that's my overview of the games industry.

The original question - Am I Hardcore? was meant to be, um, sarcastic.

What defines being Hardcore, whats the point in being Hardcore?

I dont go around calling myself hardcore - beacuse Im not, I enjoy a game of FIFA every now and again.

Going around calling yourself "hardcore" stops you from being hardcore once it has been defined.

Your not "hardcore" until you get yourself a Japanese PS2 and start buying shmups that nobody has ever heard of.

all the second hand card ones I see in game are all knackered.

I had the choice and I went for the plastic. Cardboard just falls apart.

Although Ico came in a plastic case as opposed to the card one with the postcard or whatever.
