Never, ever, ever, 'think' about buying Dark Chronicle. That would be the same as just 'thinking' about buying Grand Theft Auto: Vice City on launch day or 'hmming and haaing' about buying Gran Turismo 4 as soon as it hits the shops, or stalling over parting with your hard saved moolah for Final Fantasy X.
Just buy it. Best game ever released on the PS2. Best RPG on any console in the history of consoles (with obvious exceptions, like ones I've never played on other formats etc).

It deoends on what you like, get the latest OPS2 mag and try a few of the demo's on there, FM says that Dark Cronicle is good.
