Ive been trying for weeks to complete the level chrono storm but its so hard.

Yep, i think i got that covered when i posted that it was the wrong level.

Effect: No "kirov Reporting" Warning For Enemy When Kirov Is Built

When: Right before you the Kirov comes out of the War Factory
How: Use the funcion keys F5 through F12. Your enemy hears a taunting voice saying "Give up now!", "You are using cowardly tactics!" or something like that. If you time the taunt right, the taunting voice will override the voice of the Kirov, and your opponent won't have advance warning. (Also works to disguise "My truck is loaded" for demo trucks, or Tanya's laugh.)

When: On screen as you play
How: Try to send your spies that you've gathered into a Battle Lab and War Factory you can unlock secret infantry units plus you will be able to build tanks and other units already promoted with one stripe.

Get Free soldiers:
Go and Build a Cloning Vat, then go and capture a Hospital. Shoot one of your own soldiers, but do not kill him. Send him into the Hospital. When he’s fixed up, you will receive an extra soldier of the same type sent in, without having to pay for one. You can use this neat little trick with any unit.

I described the wrong level there, but that kirov strategy works a treat, i finished in a quarter of the par time.

Oh, i prattled on a bit there.

I will take this opportunity to say you are poor. I played that level the other day on normal difficulty and finised in half of the par time (57 mins to be exact).

At the start you want to build as normal, erect a few tesla coils paying particular attention to the north east of your base, a squad of IFV will teleport here quite early into the game, build a few (3-4) rhino tanks and then build only apocalypse. Whilst this is going on you should also make a naval fleet, 3-4 sea scorpions, 8-12 subs and 2 dreadnought will be sufficient. Use your subs to prowl the sea and destroy the allied fleet, it isnt very large so you shouldnt have much trouble.

Now use your dreadnought to clear the shorline for a land invasion. When you have around 6-12 apocalypse tanks transport them over with amphibious transports and then use the Iron Curtain on them which you should have had counting down while ammassing troops.

Use this force to eradicate resistance at the shoreline, Using a tactic of waiting for the iron curtain to charge and then attacking will help you take out the heavier defences to the north, when you reach the Kirov airships take over the airport with an engineer and build a war factory and ore refinery beside it. This area will be attacked excessively, so implement the usual defences, having tesla trropers to charge tesla coils could be useful.

Your tanks will be a sea of either elite or veteran units, this is handy, as the next bit gets mad. Go left from the airport and activate your iron curtain, moving left and then down you will find an area infested with IFV and troops, hug the left cliff face (you will know it when you see it) and destroy the prism towers, position your tanks on the thin bit of cliff that stretches north until you kill off 2-3 prism tank assaults and then steadily make your way south west; destroying power stations as you go, you could use the kirovs to do this too.

You will eventually come to an area with walled defences, you should see 1 prism tower and 2 patriot missles, activate your Iron curtain for the final time and assert your superiority battle up through the defences to the chronosphere and destroy it.

You could build a nuke silo if you wanted, a direct hit will destroy the chronosphere. Perhaps making 10-12 kirovs and sending them north west will unshroud the device and allow you to nuke it.
