Sniper the 2 wire supports to the tower and then launch an M29 grenade at the tower. Mission accomplished :)
it will only let you snipe 1 of the wire postings, does that matter

no, you can snipe them. the first one is closest to you, then after you waste the bad guys, run up the pylon that the first one was connected to, use you sniper rifle to hit the one at the other end of the roof, then start blasting the tower itself and hey presto - dead boss
Probably one of the easiest final battle in any game. I found the very early battle with that crazy ass cult dude, much harder.
Tis bit annoying really.

when i complete Max payne, sometimes i only have to snipe 1 cable then fire a grenade at the tower and sometimes i have to take out both cables. either way, b**** goes down :-D
