This Friday I will have Xbox LIVE in my hands but have a few queries about the PS2 online. I am using ICS through Windows 98 Second Edition because my modem has a USB port. All this has been set up and I have the Ethernet cross over cable running into the back of my Xbox ready for LIVE. If I wanted to get my PS2 online to play SOCOM or something released in the near future would I just need the network adapter for Broadband connection? I have read else where that the same setup tha is used for ICS and Xbox LIVE can not be used to setup the PS2 online.

Just one thing, if you are doing it with ICS then the cable that comes with the PS2 adapter is no use. You will have to use the Xbox cable or buy another.
