"'Fitting' tunes"

It's strange that sometimes you can put on a CD and the songs just happen to fit what's going on perfectly.

Last night I just put a CD on, and such lyrics stood out:

"Dark in heaven, baby, that's for sure"

And

"The worlds overpopulated, funned up anyway" - with the funned up bit being the bit that seemed more true than ever.

Radio 1, though not having their presenters chat so the news can come on whenever, is playing the usual stuff they play. That's fitting, It's a sign of life going on.

Heard a track on the radio this morning. StarSailor "Good souls". Lyrics:

"I turn to you and I said,

Thank goodness for the good souls,

that make life better."

Which may sound bit strange, but it reminded me that there are good people in the world, they are people who do good deeds, and it gave me faith that whoever did this terrible thing yesterday will get a just punishemnt.
