Nintendo apologised to Game recently - for lack of new titles.

They also, in conjunction with Capcom, authorised all Reward Card holders to recieve a playable demo of Viewtiful Joe.

And they are also the only company to be giving away the free Rogue Squadron III bonus discs.

They are the largest videogames retailers in the country sharing 25% more of the market than their biggest competitors. Its only natural the developers will side with them for promotions like this.

Nintendo would never team up with GAME.

That's my theory.

I know what it is... but he said a metal box when you pick up the game.

It's a nice box anyway... work 99p :P

The leaflet is gay.

As far as I know - its not a metal case, its a purple plastic one with that silver coloured insert.

Reason being, Super Mario Sunshine is now Players Choice. Should be sold in silver-coloured cases.

However, it did come in purple cases.

So, Nintendo teamed up with Game in a scheme to get rid of the purple cases.

I could be wrong, but that's my theory.

But you could still just pay 99p, get the case and leaflet, never buy it from Game and buy the game elsewhere somewhere cheaper - seeing as Game is nearly always RRP on new titles then you'll save far more than 99p by buying elsewhere, plus you've still got the case anyway.

I paid 1.99 to preorder Brute Force just to get the magazine and Halo DVD and stuff, bt never actually bought the game from Game.

Wow. Seems like a must to get it from GAME now.

If you buy it... as i for some strange reason did... you get a small leaflet... a special case and when you bring it back you get Mario Kart in a special metal case.
