We have a LAN planned for next Saturday, in Watford (a couple of minutes off both the M1 and the M25).
We're planning on playing Halo as it will be a new LAN experience :) along with the usual CS, AoM, UT2003 and BF1942.
It's only £5 entrance fee and for another £5 you could rent an AMD 2200+, making it only £10 for the day! We could probably even pick you up from the tube/train station if needed.
For more details have a look at http://www.lanarchy.co.uk/events/index.html
Thanks.

Just the processor? Or do you get a computer with that too?

No one else thinks this sounds dodgy? No? Shame.

Good point, Nash. Very good point, put me off it, tbh.

New LAN arena just opened :)
I'm a little confused...why has us offering to save you a taxi fair put some people off?
Yes, £5 gets you a whole PC...monitor, headset, joystick etc (well, could have...)
