I've just started university and have a PS2 which I'm taking with me.

I've already got my PC up with me and was looking to play my console on it, rather than fork out for a TV too.......because I already have a TV tuner on my PC.

I heard about this device that lets you play your console games on your PC?
Any ideas what its called?

You want a console to PC Adapter. Search google to find somewhere to buy one from although they are quite expensive last time I looked.

Well anything from £35 to £60 from the ones I have seen.

One from this site

That one's quite expensive......and it only has one set of input sockets.

My friend got one recently and it has 4 sets of inputs, so you could even connect your video to it and your console.

Sadly the place he got it from has sold out and aren't going to be stocking them anymore.....

Trying to check for that one.

Found the one I was looking for late last nite at http://www.anandp.co.uk.
Its better than most as it has 4 input sockets allowing connection for upto 4 devices at the same time.

Not bad at £36.95

No the device I was talking about is not an emulator. Emulators are software based, I'm after a hardware device.

Check the "More info" link on the right-hand side of http://www.anandp.co.uk/

What's to stop you running an RF lead from the PS2 to the TV card? Do PS2's not come with RF leads? I don't have one myself.
