It looks like Rogue Leader to me, just without the Star Wars license and a hell of a lot of online play. Online it sounds like Midtown Madness in planes with guns and much better graphics.

It has loads of live support and console multi-player, plus it's far advanced from the PC version of old.
In fact, this is being hailed as one of the best Xbox games EVER, that's how good it's supposed to be, all this and being only a 'plane' game too!
Gamepro and IGN are going mad over it, so there must be something in it.

The PC CSs was great fun, but got boring very quickly.
I'd say that LIVE support would make it excellent...
