OPM - Heaven is a half pipe best single!! You got to be kidding me!
Some of the nominies too such as OPM, Stereophonics, Blink 182 aren't really Kerrang type music are they? There more like POP, where were the other bands like SOAD, Spineshank, Slipknot won but werent nominated half as much as Papa Roach.

They weren't it just shows how much more mainstream Rock is now, thats why bands like OPM and rubbish like that where winning awards.

I saw Papa Roach at Reading this year, and they did put on a show, but mot half as much as Slipknot the year before, or Offspring theyear before that one.
OPM are poor. They did not deserve that award at all. So dull, that tune! Pop skater wannabes they are! (Talking like Yoda, I am!)

The thing with Blink 182 is that a few albums ago they where Kerrang type music, its only there recent stuff that has gone into the pop charts. Okay so they sold out and they now have a much cleaner sound, but im gonna have to say that they are still one of the best, if you can call them this Punk bands around. At least they haven't gone down the road that Greenday have, listen to the warning album, you wouldn't realise that was greenday if you weren't told.
But as for OPM I can't understand what thats doing there, okay so there other tunes are quite thrash punky sought of stuff, but that heaven is half pipe song, that just another bunch of white men trying to copy Limp Bizkit. Lets face it there about 35 years old so I really don't think heaven is a half pipe for them, heaven is more like a quiet night in front of the telly.

The thing with Blink 182 is that a few albums ago they where Kerrang type music, its only there recent stuff that has gone into the pop charts.
