Many moons ago, on January 15th, I was sent an e-mail from Vexxxed stating that my claim for £30 Amazon vouchers for my GAD win would be sent as soon as the next batch arrived. Fair enough, I thought.
However, by February 8th, 3 weeks later, I still had recieved nothing so I sent another e-mail, politely asking when I could expect them to arrive. Did I get a reply? No.
It's now February 28th, 6 weeks since my initial claim and there is no sign that the vouchers are ever going to come.
I don't want to complain but I'm sure you can understand my frustration, I've been waiting a long time and my e-mail got no response, which is why I'm resorting to posting here where maybe I'll get noticed. And if you feel guilty you could always bung some extra vouchers in... :-)
