Im a bit new to building websites however I have managed them for years. Can you add nested web pages to a website in instant pro? for example, can I have a page called www.example.com/help/help.html or is it only possible to create pages with one nest eg www.example.com/help
Basically I know it is better for search engines if navigation is nested for sitemaps however I could not see function for this within instant pro. I may be completely wrong however!
Any help?
Kind Regards
Re. SEO on your current site - the page TITLE is
very important to Search Engines - looking at your site, you can make a lot more use of them :¬)Good luck.
[s]Hmmm...[/s] My Freeola InstantPro Site I'll continue with my current approach at the moment then!
My website is still under construction at the moment and will aim to fully launch it in November.
For the moment please feel to view it , www.p-d-c.co.uk. Any input or advice would be greatly appreciated!

For the time being I think your only option will be to use file names along with a name strategy.
i.e. Using either underscores or hyphens
www.example.com/people-Richard_Payne.html
www.example.com/people-Bill_Gates.html
www.example.com/products-chair.html
www.example.com/products-desk.html
Obviously this isn't the only SEO consideration - happy to look at your site to see if you are missing anything important!
[s]Hmmm...[/s] My Freeola InstantPro Site I am still a bit confused as I was hoping to create sections on my site in a tree format, which to my understanding is the best way to build sites for SEO and tidiness. Eg I would have sections on my web site which branched out from the core.
For example:
www.example.com/information/people/Richard_Payne
But it is not possible to type "/" into page names as it returns an error, is there a way round this or will all pages have to have single branches, eg:
www.example.com/richard_payne
While this would still give the functionality from a users point of view it is still a rather cumbersome solution. So basically is there a way to have the page title be one thing eg Richard Payne and the web address be www.example.com/information/people/Richard_Payne
Thanks for any input you can give me!
Kind Regards
Richard Payne
